Gov. Brian Kemp signing a bill to make squatting a crime in Georgia: 'This is insanity'
Gov. Brian Kemp said Wednesday during an appearance on "Fox & Friends" that he intends to sign the Georgia Squatter Reform Act, which will make squatting a crime in the state.
