Boy, 15, turns self in, charged with murder in deadly NYC subway shooting: cops
The teen – who was not identified because he is a minor – showed up at the 44th Precinct Sunday afternoon and was also charged with five counts of attempted murder and one count of criminal possession of a weapon, cops said.
