Police have released new composite sketches in hopes of identifying a Harlem man whose skeletal remains were found in 1997— reigniting an investigation that has run cold for nearly 30 years. On Friday, August 1, 1997, police found the remains of an unidentified man inside a building on West 121 Street, cops said.
