NYC phases out 2 hotels used as migrant shelters — and many other locations to shutter soon: ‘Come a long way’

A significant decline in the influx of migrants is allowing New York City for the first time to phase out the use of some of the Big Apple's hotels as emergency shelters for the border crossers -- including in Times Square and near JFK Airport, The Post has learned.
