Shirtless whacko knifes two men when they catch him tossing trash on their sidewalk: cops
The vagrant was rifling through the garbage and tossing items on the ground around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday on Garden Street near Flushing Avenue in Bushwick when two men, 59 and 28, stopped him in his tracks, cops said.
