At least two people were killed in a mass shooting in downtown Orlando, Fla., which was hosting a Halloween celebration on the morning of Nov. 1. Gunfire erupted outside The Block, a nightlife area consisting of seven separate clubs, as hundreds of revelers were in attendance, many dressed for a cash-prize costume contest.
