NYC councilwoman who bit cop hits sidewalk to raise money for legal defense
Brooklyn Councilwoman Susan Zhuang -- who infamously chomped a cop's arm during a homeless shelter protest -- pulled out the tin cup Saturday and bizarrely raised money on a public sidewalk to help pay for her legal fees.
