Callous bag thief drags woman, breaks arm at NYC bar: cops
The 54-year-old victim was sitting at Kenn’s Broome Street bar on West Broadway near Broome Street around 9:50 p.m. back on Aug. 31 when a stranger tried to grab her pocketbook off the chair next to her, authorities said.
