Military judge revives plea deals for alleged 9/11 mastermind, 2 others

One of the alleged masterminds of the 9/11 terror attacks may be spared the death penalty. A military judge is allowing plea bargains that would allow Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and two co-conspirators to accept life in prison without the possibility of parole.
