Passenger who pepper sprayed Uber driver for no reason indicted for hate crime: DA
Jennifer Guilbeault, 23, was indicted in New York State Supreme Court on two counts of assault as a hate crime for the unprovoked July 31 attack near Lexington Avenue and East 66th Street.
