Teen miscreant pummels man, 67, who confronted him for hanging out in front of NYC building: cops
The boy, believed to be between 15 and 17 years old, was loitering outside a building at East 65 Street and York Avenue around 11:45 a.m. Sept. 30 when the 67-year-old victim apparently gave him a hard time, authorities and sources said.
