Arizona teen arrested on terrorism charges in alleged plot against Phoenix Pride Festival
Marvin Aneer Jalo, 17, allegedly ordered ingredients to make explosives, which were sent to his home, so he could perhaps bomb a Pride parade, according to court documents.
