Man gets tattooed on ping pong table inches away from playground in NYC park: ‘A little unsanitary’
On Monday afternoon, passersby and park employees alike marveled at a man getting a chest tattoo inside Mathews-Palmer Playground, located between 45th and 46th Streets in Hell's Kitchen.
