Il s’agit de la dernière tranche, soit 200 millions. Si l'institution financière internationale reste prudente sur l'usage des fonds renégociés avec la Chine dans le cadre d'un méga-contrat minier, elle estime que des réformes clés ont été mises en place par les autorités de Kinshasa.
